Pearl Insurance Services

Medicare, made clear.

I’ll walk you through your options in plain English, so you can choose with confidence.

How I evaluate a plan

Before I recommend a plan, I check four things.

In this order: your doctors, your prescriptions, your total yearly cost, and how much flexibility you want.

  1. 1

    Your doctors

First, I make sure the plan works with the doctors and hospitals you actually use.

  2. 2

    Your prescriptions

Then I check every medication, dosage, pharmacy, and coverage tier.

  3. 3

    Your total cost

Premiums, deductibles, copays, and the worst-case year, added up honestly.

  4. 4

    Your flexibility

Finally, we weigh travel, specialist access, and how much freedom matters to you.

Adam Pearl, independent licensed health insurance agent

A real person, not a call center

When something changes, you call me.

I’m Adam Pearl, an independent licensed health insurance agent. I walk through your doctors, prescriptions, travel, and budget with you — clearly and without pressure.

If the best option pays me less, that doesn’t change my recommendation. And I’m still here after enrollment, when the real questions show up.

Common questions

The questions people actually ask.

No. There's no fee to work with me. I'm paid by the insurance company if a plan enrolls, and that pay is the same whether you use me or go straight to the carrier. The difference is you get guidance, explanations, and someone to call later — instead of figuring it out alone.

Why I built this

A Medicare site that respects your intelligence.

You are about to be marketed to harder than at any other point in your life. Mailers. Cold calls. Daytime TV with a guy in a sweater vest.

I built this site to be the opposite of that. No countdown timers. No email gate. No “limited time offers.” Just tools that show their math, and answers to the questions you’d ask a friend if you had one in the business.

The joke is that Medicare is confusing. The joke is never you.

Ready when you are

Thirty minutes. No pitch.

Bring your doctors, your prescriptions, and your questions. You’ll leave knowing what you actually need — whether you sign anything or not.
